Shipping Methods 

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail to the lower 48 US States only.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.  

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns & Exchanges

Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Mackenzie Harper Jewelry within 5 business days of receipt of product. The item must be in its original packaging with the tags still attached.
